Two of our sunday funday classes are free to members (Kettlebells and stationary), a drop in pass / class card can also be used for these classes.

 

Kelly's EFT tapping is $25 for everyone and users can register by purchasing a drop in, then signing up on our schedule.

Stationary Yoga

12pm - 1:30pm with Yoga Beth

Our Stationary Class is an all levels practice where mindfulness meets functional movement. This class is a set sequence of postures in a heated room to optimize your body's mobility, flexibility, and its ability to heal and thrive. 

This class will meet you where you are while challenging you physically and mentally.
