CACAO CEREMONY & SHAMANIC DRUMMING

Join Serena, owner of The Healing Fawn, and Shelby, owner of Just Be HolisticWellness Center, for a mindful cacao ceremony with shamanic drumming! Cacao ceremonies can assist you with self-exploration, slowing down, and connection with others. Shamanic drumming can support powerful visualizations and deep, energetic healing. Crystal Singing Bowls will be used at the end of the ceremony to integrate these powerful shifts.

Feel free to bring blankets and pillows to get comfortable for the meditative portion.

Join Kick Stranger & Jen Who Plays The Gong for an evening of transformative bliss!  This two-hour session starts with Kick Stranger guiding a silent, DJ’d ecstatic dance to uplifting house music, clearing blockages and promoting emotional release. It then flows into a restorative sound bath with Jen Who Plays The Gong, offering deep relaxation and revitalization.  Reconnect with your body, mind and spirit through movement, sound and the joy of letting go.

Yin & Pin

:: SUNDAY, MAY 18TH, 11:30AM – 1:00PM
:: $60 investment

By combining yin yoga and acupuncture, we are able to access the “issues in our tissues” so that we can release them.  This helps the body unwind and let go of tension patterns we may not even be aware we are holding.

You can expect a deeper opening of the body and a simultaneous relaxation of the nervous system when we combine the powerful effects of yin and the healing benefits of acupuncture.  Most people find this experience deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and restorative.

Imagine a warm room, a heart-opening playlist, holding deep stretches for 3-5 minutes while receiving hands on supportive care.  Then softening into Shavasana as you receive a full body experience of acupuncture.
