

On Ramp Strength Program
This program is the gateway to all strength classes. During this three week program, enrollees can expect to:
‣ Meet twice privately with a coach to assess current fitness level and strength skills
‣ Sign up three semi private sessions to further practice and feel comfortable in a small group setting
‣ Access to an Inbody Scan and measurements to track progress
‣ Have access to all Group Strength, Yoga & Climb Classes

Private Training
Receive a custom experience and program designed just for you! This is not limited to but might include training for specific strength or competition goals, rehab from injury or surgery or simply learning new modifications, or just the need to have the coach all to yourself!

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
In a small group setting, your coach has the attention they need to assist and motivate you through every step of your workout. This makes semi-private training a great option for anyone who prefers more guidance than you’d expect in larger group classes.

Group Training
See lasting results in an environment that you love. Attending our group fitness classes consistently will lead to noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Our workouts are constantly varied, fun and filled with energy.

Next Level Strength Program
This program includes a ‘tailored to you’ 4-6 week goal-oriented workout. After meeting with a trainer to discuss your goals, you will have a personal program which you will independently train in a private room during business hours.
