This 3 week program is an awesome way to come in and get a taste of all of our Strength memberships before you join. We will meet for a consult prior to you starting, discuss your goals, get an intake form and idea of any injuries or past issues we need to work around. Then we start you with 3 weeks of our Onboarding program.
Intro to Strength 6-Week Program
Curious what those barbells and kettlebells are all about? Let us teach you the magnificent ways of both! Whether you’re new to strength training or it’s just been a while, reviewing the basics is the first step to a successful, STRONG way of life. Build bone density, make friends and love the feeling of lifting weights!
Semi Private Training
In a small group setting, your coach has the attention they need to assist and motivate you through every step of your workout. This makes semi-private training a great option for anyone who prefers more guidance than you’d expect in larger group classes.
Group Training
See lasting results in an environment that you love. Attending our group fitness classes consistently will lead to noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Our workouts are constantly varied, fun and filled with energy.
Next Level Strength Program
Introducing our newest in-house Strength Training Program! This latest addition to our studio includes a ‘tailored to you’ 4-6 week goal-oriented workout. Partnered with your dedication and consistency to the program, you’ll be absolutely STOKED with your results. Meet with a trainer to discuss your goals, which results in a 4-6 week independent, kick ass personalized strength program.
