VersaClimber is CoreFit’s answer to cardio training. Moving VERTICALLY promotes a full body workout that includes speed, endurance and resistance training. On its own as a 30 minute express class or combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The VersaClimber is the star of the show and will have members breaking their lungs open.

Three styles of Climb class
30 Minute Climb Express:
Rise to the challenge of sprints, recoveries, long strokes ad choreography as members climb to the beat of the music!
45 Minute Climb/TRX:
Combining the Climber and TRX straps in this bodyweight class. This class will have your body moving in ALL directions.
45 Minute Climb Circuit:
This class will move you in and out of the Climb and WOD rooms, from sprinting on the climber to stations in a full body, fast moving 45 minute HIIT style class.
