Hot Yoga Stationary Yin
45 minutes of stationary poses that mimic the foundations of a Bikrahm style yoga class, followed by 30 minutes of restorative yin.
Friday: 9:15am

Slow Flow Yoga
A 60 minute class that slowly builds to a heated vinyasa flow and is gently brought down through restorative postures to calm the nervous system.
Monday: 6pm

Yin / Meditation
A 60 minute restorative yin yoga sequence combined with the healing attributes of reiki.
Sunday: 9:30am
