Rise to the challenge of sprints, recoveries, long strokes ad choreography as members climb to the beat of the music!
Combo Classes:
45 Minute Climb/TRX:
Combining the Climber and TRX straps in this bodyweight class. This class will have your body moving in ALL directions.
45 Minute Climb Circuit:
This class will move you in and out of the Climb and WOD rooms, from sprinting on the lLimber to stations in a full body, fast moving 45 minute HIIT style class.
