Being in the fitness industry for over 30 years, I have seen a lot of fads and trends come and go, while ultimately learning what truly works and gets results. When I first opened CoreFit I started with Kettlebell Training, the minute I put a Kettlebell in my hands, I fell in love with how it made me feel and I knew it was going to be something pretty special. As the studio continued to grow, I wanted to add workout modules that I knew were tried and true, and would create the changes that everyone wanted to achieve; physically and mentally. I also wanted to make sure CoreFit was a positive environment that was welcoming, comfortable, and safe for everyone.
