On Ramp Strength Program
This program is the gateway to all strength classes. During the On Ramp, enrollees can expect to:
‣ Meet privately with a coach to assess current fitness level and strength skills
‣ Schedule further sessions and feel comfortable in a group or semi private setting
‣ Inbody Scan and measurements to track progress
‣ Access to all Group Strength, Hyrox, Yoga & Climb Classes
TRX (45-minute class)
A high intensity, low-impact, full body suspension training workout that uses specialized straps and your own body weight for resistance.
HYROX
HYROX is a global fitness revolution, blending functional training and endurance for all fitness levels. It’s not just a workout; it’s a challenge to your strength and resilience.
Our HYROX classes are tailored to mimic the competition’s structure, focusing on key components like cardio, functional movements, and weighted exercises. Whether you’re prepping for a race or simply boosting your fitness, these classes are your perfect solution.

Hot Yoga Flow
A powerful heated vinyasa flow designed to strengthen and challenge you in the best of ways.
Hot Yoga Stationary Yin
45 minutes of stationary poses that mimic the foundations of a Bikram style yoga class, followed by 20 minutes of restorative yin.
Slow Flow Yoga
A 60 minute class that slowly builds to a heated vinyasa flow and is gently brought down through restorative postures to calm the nervous system.
Yin / Meditation
A 60 minute restorative yin yoga sequence combined with the healing attributes of reiki.
30 Minute Climb Express
Rise to the challenge of sprints, recoveries, long strokes ad choreography as members climb to the beat of the music!
45 Minute Climb Circuit
This class will move you in and out of the Climb and WOD rooms, from sprinting on the climber to stations in a full body, fast moving 45 minute HIIT style class.
