A little bit about Kristen Peterson, RD…
Kristen received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
and Master’s in Public Health from West Chester University. During college,
she learned first-hand the importance of a nutritious diet and balancing
exercise in order to live a healthy life. Kristen has worked as a clinical
dietitian just short of 5 years and now has been working in nutrition
counseling for 3 years.
Having an interest in sports nutrition, she became certified as a Personal Trainer last fall and has now been working with athletes for performance in addition to weight loss and disease management. Kristen enjoys weight lifting, running, fun 5k races and Spartan races. She also loves cooking and making healthy recipes to share with family and friends.
