PERSONAL BIO: I have always been interested in Fitness and leading an active lifestyle. When I went away to college at Slippery Rock University, I ran for their Cross-Country and Track team and realized that I could make my career out of helping people stay active and healthy. I graduated with my BS in Exercise Science and went on to receive my Certificate of Personal Training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have always enjoyed working with people and finding ways to motivate them to reach their goals. I have experience working with athletes who are training for Spartan races, marathons, and 5k’s; sedentary individuals, older adults, and those with health conditions and concerns. I pride myself on being able to create a program for any fitness level that will challenge you and help you safely reach your goals.
Two years ago, I began coaching individuals on finding a nutrition program that fits their lifestyle, helping them find their individual dietary needs. In a world of misinformation, I enjoy helping people find an eating plan that helps them reach their dietary goals.
In March of 2018 I became an Eliminate Your Limits Mindset Specialist. Do you feel like you are holding yourself back from reaching your goals but don’t know why or how to fix it? I have the ability to help you eliminate your limits and live the life you want.

PERSONAL BIO: At a young age I was active in track, cheerleading and softball. Leading into early adulthood my passion for fitness grew and I gravitated toward strength training. As I continued in my HR career, I always felt something was missing and became a CPT in 2008. I am passionate about helping those in my community achieve their fitness and health goals, offering support through their individual journey. As of today, I have fully transitioned my focus to fitness leaving behind the corporate culture and have never looked back. I am not happy unless my day includes some hard core training!

PERSONAL BIO I have always understood the importance of movement but as a former dancer, the gym was very unfamiliar to me. After having my children, I found my new home in group fitness and the weight room. I love to encourage others to try all types of exercise so that they find the movement that speaks to them the most.  It’s so exciting to others do what they never thought themselves capable of accomplishing. There is a self-confidence that blooms in weight lifting and I love being a part of the journey. Teaching my clients self-love, acceptance, awareness and positivity allows them to sustain a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.
