Classes / Programs

What is a key component to a successful strength program?

The key to muscle growth is to progressively overload the muscle utilizing the same exercises for an extended period of time. That is why here at COREFIT, we program our Strength classes into 6 week segments that promote adaptation and create long lasting change.

What can I expect during a CoreFit strength class?

After members have completed the programmed lifts for that specific day, class is rounded out with a punch of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that leaves members feeling accomplished and worked!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Get ready to move! Our HIIT classes involve rapid speed exercises and timed stations that get the heart rate up! Stations include the water rower, assault bike, battle rope, weighted sleds…all the fun toys to make your body work!

Weight & Strength Training

This monthly strength program will have you pushing weight! Recording your pounds will allow you to add weight and build muscle without having to guess your weight from the last class. Tools include barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and much more!

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell training is pretty fantastic. Because of their shape, kettlebell training allows multi-joint motions, thus expanding the library of exercises that can be performed. And bigger libraries mean bigger benefits.

Need to release some aggression?! What better way than partnering up and taking it to the mitts! Boxing classes challenge endurance and coordination, along with mental focus!

versa climbing

“This is the ultimate cardio piece. It’s compact, versatile, gives superior total body results and can really drive the revenue up with group classes.”

VersaClimber is the original full-body workout machine that combines high intensity cardio with resistance training, making it one of the most efficient workouts possible. The VersaClimber was designed for group training and everyone loves these classes. We feed off each other's energy to help motivate and push us to reaching our goals.

If you haven't tried this piece of equipment yet, you will want to get down to COREFIT and jump on. Don't forget your water bottle and towel - you will definitely work up a sweat!

hot yoga

Hot Yoga Flow (60 or 75 minutes)

A dynamically sequenced flow class linking movement and breath; a vigorous and energizing practice incorporating Sun Salutations and poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa classes are known for their fluid, movement-intensive practices. No two vinyasa classes are the same. Students are challenged to be mindful when they move from pose to pose through both simple and challenging transitions. The room is heated to approximately 85 degrees and is considered an intermediate to advanced level. Those with prior injuries are encouraged to speak with the instructor before the start of class.

YIN Yoga (60 or 75 minutes)

This style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. The main focus of this class is breathing, stretching and holding poses to help regulate the flow of energy in the body. The room is not heated and appropriate for all levels.

Our goal is to enhance the well rounded athlete by utilizing our Strength, VersaClimber, and Yoga rooms. Our athletes meet twice per week to focus on proper lifting form, cardio endurance and mobility.

We have two ways to train:

  1. Sign your individual athlete up for studio classes.
  2. Email to setup your team's time to train together.

  • Small group environment for boys and girls, grades 7th-10th
  • Barbell and kettlebell basics with an emphasis on form (skills to last them a lifetime)
  • Cardio endurance training utilizing tools like the VersaClimber, assault bikes and water rowers
  • Decrease the likelihood of injury through mobility, stretching, and yoga
