Classes / Programs

What is a key component to a successful strength program?

The key to muscle growth is to progressively overload the muscle utilizing the same exercises for an extended period of time. That is why here at COREFIT, we program our Strength classes into 6 week segments that promote adaptation and create long lasting change.

What can I expect during a CoreFit strength class?

After members have completed the programmed lifts for that specific day, class is rounded out with a punch of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that leaves members feeling accomplished and worked!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Get ready to move! Our HIIT classes involve rapid speed exercises and timed stations that get the heart rate up! Stations include the water rower, assault bike, battle rope, weighted sleds…all the fun toys to make your body work!

Weight & Strength Training

This monthly strength program will have you pushing weight! Recording your pounds will allow you to add weight and build muscle without having to guess your weight from the last class. Tools include barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and much more!

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell training is pretty fantastic. Because of their shape, kettlebell training allows multi-joint motions, thus expanding the library of exercises that can be performed. And bigger libraries mean bigger benefits.

Boxing

Need to release some aggression?! What better way than partnering up and taking it to the mitts! Boxing classes challenge endurance and coordination, along with mental focus!
