Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning WOD is an old school strength and conditioning class, delivering a  fitness program that utilizies Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Gymnastics, Plyometrics, Sandbags, etc, to focus on developing power, strength and conditioning through functional movement patterns.   The S&C program is designed for any committed individual regardless of experience.  Each class will combine strength training and cardio, but vary in its intensity and programming.
