CoreFit’s “LeanFit” program is an 8 week regimen specifically designed for individuals who have 50 pounds or more to lose. Working with a team of instructors, participants get individualized attention in every facet of getting healthy; exercise, healthy eating, and planning so as to overcome barriers that crop up on their way to fitness success.Participants have a schedule of classes that are open to only other members of the program, guaranteeing small class size and personal attention from instructors so as to work to their maximum exertion while also having access to any exercise modifications needed. The Lose To Win instructors are dedicated to the success of their participants, celebrating victories and working through challenges that arise throughout the 8 weeks of the program, and beyond. Participants of this program have access to their instructors outside of the workout room should they need an some extra guidance, support, or just a little boost.”
