Liz never let me get discouraged, giving me modifications for moves that used my bad shoulder or sore knee. She motivated me to get stronger and stronger, until I was able to do the same moves as everyone else. She’s motivating without being mean; she makes you want to work hard. Kettlebells has reduced this side effect nicely. The other side effect of my medication is osteoporosis so the weights should help rebuild my bones.
