Tracy has been an avid athlete her entire life, playing team sports from a young age through high school, college, and continued with running and weight training after her school years. An injury that occurred to her knee roughly 10 years ago unfortunately ceased her ability to run and basically limited her aerobic activity to walking. Her focus was mainly on weight training, but she sorely missed the aerobic workouts until she discovered kettlebells about one year ago. From her first class on she was hooked. She is finally able to experience not only an intense aerobic workout without causing further pain or injury to her knee, but also a whole body workout.
Tracy has been a huge fan of kettlebells since her introduction, so much that she has since obtained her HKC certification. Not only a huge fan but also an advocate of kettlebells due to the fact the workouts are low stress to the joints, but also so diverse that it keeps you coming back for more.
