Kristin had been a typical gym member for over 15 years, lifting weights and attending classes. In 2008, Kristin tried an “Introductory to Kettlebell” class with Liz and after that the addiction began. The kettlebell and XFit workouts were the perfect combination of strenght and cardio training for Kristin – with great results. Kristin enjoys running and biking, but especially snowboarding with her husband and four young children.
