Starting as a client, Kim soon became part of the CoreFit staff bringing her own unique style of training. Being an avid marathon runner for several years, Kim started cross training with kettlebells to improve her time and increase her core strength. Kim tried several speed and conditioning programs over the years to increase her endurance but the effects kettlebell training had turned out to be the most efficient use of her time and energy. Kim was immediately hooked on the workout and in only a few months was able to take 11 minutes off of her best marathon time.

After seeing such quick results, not only on herself but everyone else, she became an avid kettlebell and Xfit lover. When not teaching kettlebell class or running marathons, Kim is spending time with her husband and 4 children.
