
Beth began practicing yoga in 2001 purely for the physical aspect. As her practice grew, yoga became her way of life by bringing about a natural balance of mind and body. Since Beth started yoga as a student herself, she is able to relate to all practioners, beginner and advanced, young and old. She teaches her class with a fun loving spirit, passion, energy and love. As passionate as she is about her practice of yoga, it does not compare to her greatest love… her four children, Maddie, Lulu, Sam and Jake.
