Memorial Day Modified Schedule!

Memorial Day weekend kicks off our modified summer schedule! Below is our Holiday Weekend classes followed by the class schedule moving forward. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask Liz or any of your instructors!

Friday, May 27th:

8am Kettlebells with Stacey
8:30am Row/TRX circuit with Brooke
9:15am Beginner Box/TRX with Brooke
9:15am Hot Yoga with Kori
10:30am Stationary Yoga with Beth


Saturday, May 28th:
8am Row/WOD with Tracey
9:15 Beginner Row/WOD with Liz
8am Hot Yoga Flow with Beth
9:1am Yin Yoga with Beth


Sunday, May 29th:
8am Hot Yoga Flow with Stephanie
9:15am Restorative Flow with Stephanie
10:30am Family Yoga with Stephanie


Monday, May 30th:
9:15am Strength WOD with Stacey
9:15am Hot Yoga Flow with Stephanie
Summer Schedule
Starting on Tuesday, May 31st. Please view our online scheduleto get instructor and specific class info!
Mondays and Wednesdays are STRENGTH days
:: Strength class variations at 9:15am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays are HIIT* days
:: HIIT class variations at 5:45am, 8am, 9:15am and 6:30pm
Fridays and Saturdays are combo’s of STRENGTH and HIIT*
Highlighted Changes
:: Addition of two 5:45am sessions on Tuesday and Thursday!
:: Sabrina and Brooke (our Tuesday/Wednesday night instructors) have    switched nights!
:: JoyMarie will instruct a BOXING circuit on Tuesdays at 8am!
:: Renee will run her HIIT class at 9:15am on Tuesdays!
:: Kristin will move her 8am HIIT to Thursdays!
:: Saturday Strength Class will move up an hour to 9:15am!
:: Beginner classes are now limited to our LeanFit members
