Our personal training sessions are designed to improve and master your form and technique of the fundamental kettlebell and XFit movements.  Feeling more confident and secure in these movements will prepare you for the transition into our group setting, while at the same time, helping you to meet and exceed your personal goals quickly and safely.

Nutritional Guidance is an on-going service that we offer to all of our members.
